Welcome to the Photo Paphos website. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and your relationship with Photo Paphos, a photography service provider based in Paphos, Cyprus. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
“Photo Paphos”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to the photography business owned and operated by Auri Sonea in Paphos, Cyprus.
“Client”, “you”, or “your” refers to any person or business booking or using our services.
“Services” refers to all photographic services provided by Photo Paphos, including weddings, engagements, events, boudoir, concerts, corporate, christenings, and sports photography.
A non-refundable booking fee (usually 50% of the total) is required to secure your date. This fee will be deducted from the final balance.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit is received and a written agreement is issued.
Cancellations made 30+ days before the event will not incur additional charges, but the booking fee is non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may incur further charges based on time invested and loss of business.
Rescheduling is possible based on availability and agreement.
Edited images are typically delivered within 3 - 30 Days, depending on the type of event and workload.
Delivery is made via a private online gallery or a download link. USBs, prints, or albums can be arranged at an extra cost.
All images are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format. RAW files are not provided unless agreed in advance.
All images remain the copyright of Photo Paphos.
Clients are granted personal usage rights (printing, sharing, social media) but may not sell or use images commercially without written permission.
Without client permission, Photo Paphos reserves the right to use images for portfolio, social media, website, and promotional purposes.
You may request in writing that your images remain private and not be used for promotion.
It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any important people, moments, or preferences to be captured.
A point of contact should be available on the event day to assist with coordination.
We are not responsible for missed moments due to lack of cooperation, interference, or venue restrictions.
While we take every measure to ensure the quality and safety of your photos, in the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances (equipment failure, illness, acts of God), our liability is limited to a full or partial refund of payments made.
We recommend clients back up all digital files after delivery. We do not guarantee long-term storage of photos unless specified as in our Privacy Policy.
Travel within Paphos is included in our base pricing.
For events outside Paphos, travel fees may apply depending on the distance.
Accommodation may be required for distant or multi-day events and must be provided or covered by the client.
We respect your privacy and handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your personal information and images are securely stored and never shared with third parties without your consent.
All content, images, and text on this website are owned by Photo Paphos. Unauthorized reproduction or copying is prohibited.
We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of this website.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
